Fun Virtual Online Games??

I am so bored and there is nothing to do, I really like the game nintendogs but i dont have it my friend does and i doubt she will ever let me borrow it… =[ so my question is does anyone out there know of a really fun and addicting online virtual pet type game that is free and wont give my computer viruses??

Ok this game is not about pets, but it is definately fun, entertaining and very addictive.

It is a 3D virtual reality world, where you can do just about anything you can do in real life, and then some. It allows you to create your own avatar look, shape clothes, animations etc. Though there are thousands of freebies in the game as well for beginners. THE BEST PART, you can actually make real money in the game. maybe not a lot for a beginner, but any money is good when your having fun.
It is a free online game, with an option to upgrade to a premium membership if you want to own land. But a basic account is perfectly fine, and totally free.
Oh and you can make your avatar an animal if you like
there is pretty much nothing that cant be done in this virtual community. All characters that you see in the game are live people as well Kinda like an online chatroom with hyped up capabilities to do almost anything.
