Is there such a thing as an entertainment director for a wedding planning or a party planning company?
I plan on majoring in musical theater in college… but would like to produce, write and director/choreograph or possibly perform in shows for weddings, parties etc. Like something you’d see on a cruise ship – or showboat sort of entertainment! Is there such a thing??? How do i prepare for that job???
I am sure in Hollywood and New York they have this kind of job. But more then likely you will have to plan the whole wedding.
In business you have to create the demand, then supply the demand if you really want something. So, if this is your hearts desire then go for it. If this is something you just want to do for extra cash, I would not. It takes enough energy to get in the your area of work without trying to run a business as well.
