Party Beverage Planning and Budgeting?
I am trying to plan a party for this weekend and am trying to figure out the beverage arrangements. Here’s what I am thinking so far:
Case of Corona (24 Pack)
Case of Dos Equis (24 Pack)
Case (or Two) of Bud Lite (24 Packs) for Beer Pong
Handle of Jose Cuervo (for Margaritas and Shots)
Low End Bottle (or Two) of Champagne for Mimosas
I’m trying to get an estimate as to how much this will cost. I’m not expecting it to be cheap. Also, the more I think about it, this seems like a lot of stuff. I’m expecting there will be around 20 or so people there, are there any cuts that I should make from the beverage list?
You might want to get more than two bottles of champagne, usually there a 4-5 servings per bottle, but that all depends on who at your party will want Mimosas. A good cheap champagne is St. Nicholas, it’s around $10 in MN.
