I want to start losing Weight now so maybe next year I can wear a bikini. I live in MN so I don’t get a lot of exercise in the winter. I plan to walk my dog a half mile ever night en till I can’t any more but what can I eat so I don’t have to exercise so much because you see I have some knee problems (it run pretty heavy on both sides of my family) I have exercise asama I have a pretty heavily bruised tail bone. The thing I want to do the most is show all the popular kids that made fun of me that I am just the same as they are but not as mean.=] another thing I don’t and can’t use pills

edit: ok, do you have any access to aerobics? Walkings great but it only works up to a certain point, you will need a high energy exercise to help lose the extra weight. Aerobics you can do inside and for a 150lb person you can burn 200 calories 1hour session. Because of your knee problem, you could try low impact aerobics which would not hurt your knee and still burn calories.

Snack apple 70 cals
Lunch, diet brown bread, chicken strips, lettuce, tomato – 400 cals

Tea- whole wheat pasta, low fat sauce of choice – 500 calories
around about 1200 cals.
