Firstly, there are NO tickets on sale on the night.
Secondly, security is tight, especially in the wake of the failed terrorist attack at Glasgow Airport earlier in the year. If you try to breach the security cordon, you are likely to spend the night (and a few more) in Barlinnie. (The high security prision in Glasgow)
Thirdly, as Princes Street will be cleared in late afternoon, your best bet might be to get into one of the hotels on Princes Street and find a hidey-hole. But, get caught, and it could be a trip in a black maria to Barlinnie!
