Help, in charge of Kindergarten harvest/halloween party?
Anybody have any great easy ideas on crafts, games for station type party. 6 stations 16 kids 5 & 6 yr olds.Limited funds.
Crafts:
Decorate a Pumpkin-Have each kid bring in a pumpkin and have them decorate it with stickers, markers, feathers, glitter, etc.
Halloween masks-Let the kids make masks from paper, markers, etc. and glue a popsicle stick onto it or attach a string to both sides so they can wear them.
Ghosts-Give each child a paper plate and have them glue on google eyes or they can draw them on. Glue white streamers to the bottom and a hat on top. Attach a string to the top so the kids can hang them.
Mummies-Take pipe cleaners and shape them into a person. Have the kids wrap gauze around them to look like a mummy. Glue on two goggle eyes and you got a mummy.
Decorate a cookie-Have one sugar cookie for each child and have them decorate it with icing and sprinkles.
Games:
Pumpkin golf-Lay a hollowed out pumpkin or a plastic pumpkin on its side and have the kids try to roll or hit a ball into the pumpkin.
Ghost Bowling-Attach paper ghosts to empty soda cans and have the kids try to knock the cans over by rolling a ball at them.
Pumpkin Toss-Draw three pumpkins one on top of each other onto cardboard. Cut out the holes for the mouth. Then have the kids try to toss balls, or bean bags, into there mouths.
