Does Anyone know a really fun: neighborhood with like (mini haunted houses in people backyards & stuff) For Teens To Just Have Fun?
Humm. I would go out driving one night about a week before Halloween just to scope out your route and see what neighborhoods are all decked out. I would definitely try areas like trailer parks, apartments, condos, and areas around schools. More bang for your buck, candy wise.
