Do most Bars/Clubs in Glasgow ask for tickets on New Years Eve?
After a brilliant night out on Sauchiehall St last February, my friends and I are planning a return for New Years Eve around that area and to try new places in Glasgow. It’s the norm in Manchester on NYE to expect places asking for tickets. Is this still the case up there or is there just higher entrance fee’s on NYE? Can’t imagine why they would if they expect loads of outsiders to come into the city for the hogmanay celebrations. Cheers 
Most half decent places will have a ticket system in operation to allow for numbers, so it would be good if you had a rough idea of where you would like to go and then you can enquire about tickets.
