Should I let my height stop me from doing what I want to?
Okay so basically, I’m 16 and I’m sort of interested in aiming towards becoming a real estate agent when I’m older. Cept one thing..I’m only 4’11 and I’m scared of how people might make fun of me..sounds stupid but seems like I WANT to but just scared of how others will look at me at. Like in college or something, I always imagine others looking and stuff because I could possibly be the smallest one there. I don’t want to be the “short” one, or the “midget” even..Should I even let the fact that I’m short affect what I want to do, or is that just plain stupid cause in my opinion : plain stupidity from paranoia.
It is stupidity. Whoever pokes fun at your deficiencies does because they have no other decent means to feel positive about their own selves and you shouldn’t let it get to you. As long as you have a useable brain, you can do anything you want. If there can be Paralympics, why won’t you be able to do what you wish ?
