My personality is my problem.?

I have a problem which I think is all in my head but I don’t know how to solve it. I feel inadequate, I don’t matter. All my family and friends love a laugh and a joke but I find it hard to keep up with them. I have problems in having a conversation with anybody. I completed an online IQ test and was knighted with 110 which it said was average. I’m good at general knowledge type quizzes I feel as if I should be out there laughing and joking with them but something is blocking my mind from being able to do so. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing me to be like this. I remember being a full of fun chitty chatty lad but I seemed to go into a shell in my mid teens.

Sounds to me like control issues? here it is though, your control of your controlling issues is obviously out of control.. completely out of control.. welcome to the human race, none of here are perfect, now just have a laugh, firstly at yourself and if your willing to laugh at yourself I don’t mind you laughing at me either..
