What are fun things to do in Lincoln, NE?
Preferably things that do not involve sex or alcohol. At least not copius amounts of either. Things in surrounding areas are awwwright.
It is supposed to be a list of things for prospective college students and their parents to do in maybe a day or something. :3 Thanks for the suggestions.
I went to college in Lincoln back 92-96. Lincoln is a fun college town. There are lots of things to do their besides drink and make out. I used to go jogging or ride my bike at Nine Mile Prairie which is a huge park on the west side of town. There is the Haymarket district with all kinds of neat little shops. There is a place on O street where you can play pool, even in leagues if you want to. There are always festivals or exhibit shows of some kind going on. The local bars often have live concerts playing. There’s lots of clubs you can join that do all kinds of stuff. I was a member of a club that did LAN parties when I went to school there. Playing video games at a LAN party is a lot of fun. It really depends on what kind of interests you have really.
