Which Islands to visit in Bahamas?
Hi,
i am travelling to Miami from Ireland on 29th June. I will stop over in Miami for two/three nights. Which Bahama islands do you recommend for peace tranquility, great beaches and easy to get to by boat? I have 21 nights in total.

The only island accessible by boat is Grand Bahamas Island. The Discovery Cruise (ferry) goes every day and cost about $100.
It’s not one of the nicest islands, it’s quite touristy, but if you do your homework, you can certainly find peace and tranquility. If you decide to fly. Check out Eleuthera, Harbour Island, Exuma, Marsh Harbour in the Abacos or any of the other wonderful Out Islands.
Nassau is overburdened with Cruise ships and theme park type hotels like Atlantis. Certainly no peace or tranquility at Atlantis.
Hawaii is casual and fun and you simply relax with the locals
