Slim in 6 is another quality workout program produced by Beachbody. Those that are familiar with Beachbody’s other workout programs such as P90X and ChaLEAN Extreme are all ready aware of the quality workouts that they produce. Unlike many of their other programs which last for 90 days, Slim in 6 is designed for only a six week period.
Slim in 6 is divided into three different stages with each stage increasing in difficulty as you progress through the system. The workout durations on the DVD’s also increase as your endurance improves over time. The key to the design of the different stages is that as your strength and stamina improves the difficulty of the program also increases. This forces your body to keep improving as it tries to adapt to the challenges that are placed on it.
Those that are willing to dedicate themselves to the intense workouts while adding a healthy diet will benefit the most from this program. The workouts are challenging but anything worth having in life usually comes at a price. Six weeks is not a lot of time for anyone to sacrifice if the results put them on the road towards a healthier lifestyle. Depending on where you start at, six weeks may not be enough time to reach your goals. However, within that first six weeks trial there is no reason that you should not be able to put yourself on track for achieving a lean and healthy physique.
Slim in 6 will help you work towards a lean physique if you are up to a challenge and are willing to invest your time, hard work and sweat. Leave the diet gimmicks where they belong, on the TV screen, and devote yourself to a program that does not promise unattainable results. As with the other Beachbody products the journey will have challenges but the results are well worth the investment.
