what can i do to help these 2 little kids without calling cps?
the mom deals and lets strange men live there and the men always cuss @ the kids (who are 5 and 4) and the kids don’t go to school anymore. the 5 yr old told me he tried pot before. i want to call cps but this guy said he’d “send someone to f*** me up” i asked the kids if they wish they could live somewhere else but they said no. the kids say its fun when nobody is “sick” (which i am guessing means drunk). the little kids told me that when they clean the house they get to play video games and that they would rather do that than go to school. they clean up the house after all the house parties i am assuming. but the kids suprisingly love it there. they would rather live there, but i can’t help buit feel like they are in danger living there. i want to get them out of there, but like i said, i was threatened. what do i do?? do you think i am just overreacting and i should stay out of it?
I understand your not wanting to go to the Police however I find it quite disturbing that a 5 year old even knows what pot is and he says he has tried it? Oh no, this is unacceptable. Somebody had to have exposed him or her to it. The age these kids are in are quite an impressional ones which may shape their behavior and set the ball rolling down the wrong path. Having this in mind it is the best for the children to have Child Protective Services investigate. You may do this without giving your name. If an adult is found to be giving these children any drugs and or not alllowing them to attend school they must be delt with.
