I’m going to Vegas for my 21st birthday… I need to know where to get cute and INEXPENSIVE party dresses.
I’ve looked at wetseal.com, forever21.com, charlotterusse.com, etc. I’m really trying to keep my expenses down to an absolute minimum. Does any one know any good websites I can check out that have really cute, cocktail, fun, flirty party dresses? Nothing long in length, otherwise, I am pretty open. Any help would REALLY be appreciated. Thanks!!
