My friends and I are planning some sort of birthday thing for my friend. We’re all 16 year old girls, and we’re thinking of just doing something fun together during the day (no museums, we live here so we’ve seen it all) and then girls night at a good, but not expensive restaurant somewhere in DC. Any suggestions for things to do/places to eat? Thanks!
