how arent i pulling 100 fps in cs. 1.6?
now i do pull 100 most of the time. except a few maps. like aim map with 8 people i drop seriously wtf?. and for some reason on mill i drop .

3.4 GHZ p4.
2 gigs ram
2x 160 gig HD
HIS Radeon HD 4670 1 gig ice agp 8x
forced hertz.
and all that fun stuff.
ive tweaked everything possible that i can think of. got rid of everything on this comp got rid of all of windows crap . cards about 5 hours old lol. “please none of this update video drivers. while im on disk drivers on this card i did it with every card ive owned in the past didn’t do a thing.
ive always had this issue
ive upgraded video 3 times.
ram. reformatted a long time ago . to lazy to do it again. ive done all tweaks .
previous cards i had the same issue with
first – ati 9600 se “go figure lol”
upgraded to BFG 6600 GT OC
now to the 4670 1gig.
how does my CPU need to be upgraded its HALF LIFE ENGINE! lol. dont need no quad core crap for 1.6 3.4 ghz is over kill for cs.
You’re wasting your time upgrading your video card. Your processor is a bottleneck and needs to be upgraded.
