Where are the fun places to live in boston?
I am relocating to boston and want to know where the fun places are to live?close to cafes/restaurants/clubs etc
If you can swing it I’d go for a place in the North End. I can’t afford to live there (being a poor starving student), but I have friends who do, and its a great neighborhood to be in. It goes without question that there are great cafes and restaurants there, being that it is the Italian part of town. As far as clubs and bars go, its just a short walk from Faneuil Hall which has a lot of night clubs and some good bars. Not too much farther from Faneuil Hall is the whole area around the Common and Public Gardens which also has some good night spots.
The other great thing about the north end is that if you work downtown or in the financial district you can easily walk to work when the weather is nice, saving you commuting money.
If money is no object I’d definitely look for a place there. I have a friend who rents a recently renovated studio there for $1200 a month, to give an idea of what rents are like there.
Could this Restaurant Stock be the Next Boston Market?
