I’m missing my past, please help
Help, I’m missing my past. I’m missing the people I knew 5 years ago the town and all of the great things I did there. I think I’m having some sort of mess up in my mind. I was stripped of my favourite place when my parents divorced. The village fetes, all of the amazing things all of the nice people, used to do Tang Su Do, Swimming, Drama School, Horse Riding. Now I’m here and I hate the whole place, I want to go back but my mum wont understand. I hate going outside now and I hate all the people here its horrible, please help me understand I think I’m losing my mind.
You sound depressed so your wishing for a time that you were happier. It’s normal to long for the past but unfortunately you can’t go back to the past you can only move forward. Besides if you could go back there it is no guarantee that things you love will still be there and you could go back and be just as unhappy. Try getting out making new happy times.
