Where can i learn to make balloon art in Vancouver, BC?
I’ve decided that i want to learn to make balloon art. It would be great to entertain children in the family and adults too. Just want to do it for fun, but can’t seem to find anywhere that will teach you. I learn better from a teacher than from a book or video, so i’d prefer a class of some sort.
Does anyone know of anything in Vancouver?
