You can make a giant plantation out of your farm using Farmville’s land expansion option. By buying upgrades, you will be able to maximize your profits !
at the moment , there are 6 available land upgrades: Homestead, Family Farm, Big Family Farm, Plantation, Big Ole Plantation and Mighty Plantation.
Homestead
The land expansion available first in Farmville is Homestead. This expansion is sized 14×14. This upgrade costs 10,000 coins. You are also required to have at least 8 neighbors. You can’t expand if you have the coins, but not the neighbors.
Family Farm
The next upgrade is Family Farm. You will be able to expand your land to 16×16. You need to have 25,000 coins and 10 neighbors to upgrade.
Big Family Farm
Once you have 13 neighbors and have upgraded to the Family Farm, the Big Family Farm can purchased. Your land will be upgraded from 16X16 to 18X18. Either coins or farm cash can be used to get this upgrade. It will take either 50,000 coins or 20 farm cash.
Plantation
The fourth upgrade , the plantation, is 20×20. You takes 16 neighbors for this upgrade. You can use farm cash or coins for this upgrade . This upgrade will cost you either 20 farm cash or 75,000 coins. 75,000 coins or 20 farm cash will buy this upgrade . Using farm cash, though , removes the requirement for 16 neighbors.
Big Ole Plantation
To increase your farm to 22×22, you can buy the Big Ole Plantation. You’ll need at least 20 farmville neighbors to upgrade. You can purchase this upgrade for 250,0000 coins.
Mighty Plantation
Last January 22, this upgrade was made available to Farmville fans. Not everyone has access to it. You need to be a fan to be eligible for this upgrade .
Currently , the Mighty Plantation is the largest farm expansion available. It will cost 500,000 coins and you will need 30 neighbors to upgrade to the Mighty Plantation. If you have 60 farm cash, you can use the cash instead of the coins.
Don’t forget that you need to get each upgrade in sequence. For example, you must upgrade to Homestead before you can purchase Family Farm. You can’t skip over an expansion . If you don’t meet the requirements or haven’t bought the expansion below it, you won’t be able to buy an upgrade . For example, if you don’t have the required number of neighbors).
