celebration opposite
Did you know that when someone dies we are suppose to celebrate, and cry when someone is born??

Why do we do the opposite? For me it’s naturally sad to hear that someone i know has passed. Celebrating is nowhere in my mind. And at some funerals, they call it a home-going celebration, and they do celebrate the loss.

yes, I’ve heard this from many spiritual camps. I think it makes perfect sense, but in our human minds it’s hard to think that way during these two times.
