Anyone know what this cake is called?
I had it a long time ago at an Italian restaurant called Fiorino Ristorante in Summit, NJ for a huge birthday celebration. It was a white cake, possibly genoise but I’m not sure, with a strawberry/whipped cream type filling and I’m not sure about the icing. I looked at the dessert menu on their website and it’s not listed. Anyone know what it’s called or a good recipe for what I’m talking about? Any input is appreciated (:
