We want to have a party, band, booze in city limits?
Ok, me and some friends want to throw a party at his farm, which is on the edge of town, so its still in city limits. Hes building a bar in the barn and we want to have a band outside next to the barn. We need to somehow make money to be able to pay the band, maybe $500-$1000. is there anyway to do this? serve free drinks and take donations or something? The bar is not gonna be open to the public or anything, just friends and family for private partys. Theres plenty of parking space and no neighbors nearby to complain. This will be the same night as the towns annual celebration anyways, so there will be other things going on all day and everyone will be partying. Is there any insurance issues we need to straighten out? do we need a temporary liquor license? How can we make this happen? We are in Iowa.
Keg party!!!!!!!!!!
