What is the best top to wear with this skirt?

I’m in grade 8, and this is for the whole grade 8 party, with teachers celebration thing. I don’t want to wear a dress, so i’m wearing this. What should I wear as a top? That doesn’t reveal anything, and is cheap? I’m going shopping soon. And I didn’t really mature in my chest area yet, just a bit, so something that doesn’t make me look weird! Thanks.
I’m wearing black leggins and dark blue flats. Tell me if it’s trashy, or w/e because i’m not one that’s good with fashion.

i say skip the leggings! definately skip the leggings! the skirt looks long enough where you don’t need it.
and i think a frilly or lacey light pink shirt would be cute 
but if thats not your style then i’d say anything airy and light and still light pink!
and then wear light pink flats too
