Piñata
This age old tradition is said to bring luck to the one who manages to break it down with a wooden pole. Today this has been adopted to suit the children as well by having them in various shapes like cartoon characters like Shrek, cars characters, tinker bell, etc. Children have a blast trying to break the piñata down. It helps to have the piñata filled with candy and treats and small gifts so that all the kids will remember it always.
Musical Chairs
This age old game is one of the most fun games you can play. If there are too many of you then it is even more fun. You can break up into groups and then run around the chairs to come down to the final 2 and then the final winner.
Treasure Hunt
This is an especially great game if you are planning a pirate themed birthday party. All the children will go crazy searching for the clues and trying to find the treasure at the end of the trial. This will definitely take up a good 45 minutes to an hour, so you don t have to worry too much about entertaining the children.
Bob the Apple
This is a simple game that will get all the children wet so be prepared! You will need a barrel of water and an apple, the apple needs to be placed in the barrel and the apple needs to be picked up with the mouth without touching it with the hands.
Four corners
Put the pillars of your home to good use make them different cities. Play some music and shout out a name of city, all the kids under that pillar are safe and the rest are out. Keep playing this game till there are two kids left and declare a winner! It s a game full of fun and commotion. Something all the kids will love!
