Suggestions for a 3 yr olds birthday party, not to be hosted at home?? I live in the Dallas, Texas area!?
We are a paycheck-to-paycheck family. Our son will be turning 3 this December and we want to have a real birthday party for him and invite a couple of friends from his school. (That won’t break the bank!!!) We live in an apartment, so hosting it at home is out of the question. I am completely clueless as to places that I check out to have his party. Everyone does Chuck E. Cheese and since it’s going to be 2 and 3 year olds, I don’t think that would work all that well. We live in Plano, Texas and any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
First of all I totally understand the paycheck to paycheck, we live the same. So knowing this I would not suggest Churck E Cheese, they are expensive. I would find a park or someplace like that which is free. Then I would find a dollar store. They have tons of coole things like themed, cups, party hats, plates, table cloths, etc. They have all the party decorating stuff that you could want. Then they have stuff that you could play games with. They have the big things of bubbles with cool bubble blowing things and sidewalk chalk, lots of stuff like that which all the kids will have a blast doing, especially at the age group of 3. Side walk chalk at a park is fantastic on the sidewalks, you don’t have to clean it up and kids think it is wonderful!!! There are lots of fun little kids stuff at the dollar tree. Hope that helps!
