Birthday Party Ideas In Melbourne, VIC?
so my 20th is coming up in November and i need help coming up with somewhere to have my birthday. it will most likely start at a restaurant and head somewhere after that. i dont like clubbing and want something slighty more special than going off to a pub. atm, im leaning towards karaoke or maybe a lounge.
any ideas would be appreciated.=]

You can then head upstairs to the normal temperature bar or head out to hit the town… It’s also right near the intersection of Russell & Lonsdale Streets, so you could easily eat before at Stalactites (The infamous 24 hour greek restaurant) or Chinatown.
Chi Lounge – Think opulent opium den in the far-east with an inner-city Melbourne location AND karaoke… and they’ll serve you drinks or tapas… and it’s just off Chinatown in the CBD. The best way to warm up or rock out with your friends!
Like beer? Maybe the James Squire Brew-house at the Portland Hotel will have what you’re after! With a microbrewery on site (as well as the normal pub essentials like a pool table and a few locals) you’ll be sure to be remembered by your beer loving friends.
Feeling kinky? Maybe you’d like your own burlesque dancers showing their art-form in-front of you and all your friends at the Burlesque Bar on the vibrant Johnston Street in Fitzroy (only a few minutes by tram from the city centre, and a four minute walk to Brunswick Street).
