My brother is 5 and it is coming up to his 6th birthday party can you think of any fun new ideas for his birthday party?
We wanted to take him on a fire engine ride with his friends but it was too expensive.

When my daughter turned six, I was tired of the event birthday parties at Chucky Cheese or an amusement place. I had it at a park that had a great play area. I set up stations for bubble blowing, chalk art, sand toys, decorating their own bubble wand, and the play area of the park. I had small sandwiches, fruit kabobs, and drinks available when they wanted. We had a pinata, there is a law about that in California I think, and cupcakes with ice cream. The kids had a blast because they got to do what they wanted when they wanted. It was cheap and fun. The parents who stayed had a good time too.
